If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but never reached you, please file a claim directly with USPS or the carrier shown on your tracking. Once the package enters the carrier network, ONERAVES cannot physically locate or recover it, but a carrier claim gives you the best chance of getting it resolved.

All ONERAVES sales are final, so lock in your size before you check out. Check the size guide carefully, and if you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering so we can help you choose the right fit.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a replacement. Ordered the wrong size, color, or style by mistake? Because every piece is made to order, those cannot be swapped or returned.
